YOUR FIRST SESSION
 

We will use the first session to discuss your current difficulties and your expectations for therapy. It will be an opportunity to assess whether we can work well together and whether my approach suits your needs. If you are not happy or not sure, there is no obligation to take treatment forward any further.

FEES

Individual sessions last 50 minutes and cost £160. Couples therapy sessions last 60 minutes and cost £180.

​

Different fees might apply if clients are using an insurance policy to fund sessions, as different insurance providers hold different funding agreements.

WAYS TO PAY
 

You can pay for your sessions by an electronic transfer or by cash. I will provide details at the time of booking your first session.

HEALTH INSURANCE
 

It might be possible to use your private health insurance to cover the cost of your appointments. If you wish to use your insurance, you may want to check whether your provider requires you to obtain a referral from your GP.
